The last week has been busy! The glorious summer weather continues, and with it the amazing music events series for which the UK has become synonymous.

  Here at Portable Toilets Limited (www.ptl.uk.com) , we are very proud to call some of the biggest names in the event world our clients. These are global events in some of the most beautiful settings we have to offer. Take Kew The Music for example. Set in Kew Gardens, the event sees relatively intimate audiences of the high thousands watching a diverse range of artists (think anything from Steps and Boyzone to The Human League and Jools Holland) for a week in July.

Over the series of 6 event days and nights, the www.ptl.uk.com team supplied and managed the portable sanitation for 260,000 people at London's Finsbury Park.

  What a fantastic run of events it was: Queens of the Stone Age, Stormzy, Drake, Liam Gallagher and hundreds more took to the stage in London’s Finsbury Park, entertaining a diverse crowd across many genres. Wireless and Community Festivals, along with some standalone gigs, were the clients.

The challenge on this job was to attempt to reduce the number of vehicle movements and waste coming off the site, without compromising (and preferably improving) the nature of the sanitation supplied.
